The Nordic RSC is very pleased to inform that Anna H. Krogsgaard has agreed to take over as Project Manager for the NorCap project.
Anna has more than 12 years of project and program experience leading large development projects as either head of steering committee, portfolio lead, project manager, delivery lead or team lead. Moreover, she has been part of NorCap since the beginning of the implementation process. During this time, she has gained deep insight into all aspects of the NorCap project as Lead PMO. Anna acted as an efficient Lead PMO, setting-up the structure of the project management support systems. She served as an advisor to the Project Management team establishing governance and administration for the entire project.
